Is the product I'm looking for in stock and available?

You will be able to tell on the product page whether or not a product is in stock and available, as the availability of the product will be listed as the number of products in inventory, "Out of stock".

What are you return policies?

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee with 100% satisfaction guaranteed. We will be happy to refund or exchange unopened products within 30 days. Damaged items can be serviced via manufacturer's warranty. Clearance items are not returnable unless damaged during the shipping process.

What should I do if I find an item is damaged after unpacking it?

Please contact our professional after-sales staff: cs@antlux.com, we will reship or refund you according to your situation.

What is covered by your 3 year warranty?

If your product does not arrive in good condition or does not work great 100% Satisfaction Guarantee within 3 years, please let us know we will give you replacement or refund.

How do I get service on an appliance I purchased from your store?

Is free shipping available?

Yes, free ground shipping is available for electronics orders. View our Shipping page for details.

When will I receive my order?

Most of our products are usually take 3-10 business days to arrive. Larger shipments are shipped by truck with curbside service and usually take 1-2 weeks to arrive.

When will my order ship?

Products that can be ordered for purchase on our website mean they are in stock. Under normal circumstances, we will process your order information within 24 hours and package and ship your goods within 48 hours.

How do I track my order?

The waybill information will be sent to you via separate email after the waybill number is generated. If it is a weekend or holiday, the email may be sent one day later.

What shipping options are available?

Items ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS.

I put the wrong delivery address, what should I do?

As soon as you find out, please contact our staff immediately: cs@antlux.com. Depending on the progress of the shipment, you may be able to change the final delivery address.

In addition to the United States, can other countries be shipped?

It is currently only sold in the US, and will be sold to other countries in the future according to the situation.
